All the learner data is written back to the database. It is therefore easy to keep track of people's progress and how they are using the system.

Summary Data

Summary data can be viewed in a list, so it is easy to monitor information such as when people last took a test or the level they have achieved, how many diagnostic sessions they have taken, etc.

Lists of learners can be sorted or filtered by level, department, branch, etc., so it's possible to view all learners or just a particular group.

Viewing an individual's data

Trainers can view the individual results of a learner's placement test, diagnostic sessions and the performance in the modules.

Reports can be printed in PDF format of the diagnostic sessions and the modules in the learner's course.

Learner History
An individual's data can also be filtered to show only the work done in the last week, two weeks, etc.
