You
require the Administration System in order to use
Corporate English.
To get started, you only
need to follow these steps:
Request a licence package from Corporate English. Please
email us at info@ce-world.com. There
is no advance payment required.
Licences will only be invoiced at the end of the month in which
the licence has been issued by you to your client(s).
When using the Administration System, ensure
that you are online.
On starting the AdministrationSystem for the
first time, enter a User Name and password.
Click on the licences button, enter the Site Code and License
Key that you have received from Corporate English or your representative.
Now decide how you wish to organise your system.
You may wish to set up a separate site for each
client or client group, e.g. Company A, Company
B … Private individuals.
Each site requires a new licence prefix for your clients. This
means you and your trainers can organise and group client results
more easily in the Viewer.
Select the Data Set (Site) for which you wish
to issue licences in the dropdown selection under
Data Sets (Site) and now click the Create a New
User button to add a user into your system. On
clicking the Issue Licence button, the licence
is assigned to that user.
To send the licence to the user, select the user
in the main window and click Issue Password. The
Password is saved in the computer memory (or clipboard)
and can be pasted with the keyboard combination
Ctrl + V (dependent on the language of your keyboard)
directly into an email.
Send the email to your client.
For
further functionality in the Administration System,
including how to assign trainers to learners, please
refer to the Administration
Guide (PDF, 3 MB).
It is essential to set up at least one trainer in the Administration
system as the Trainer will need to log into the Viewer with an
ID and Password.
Your
client downloads and installs the Player either
from this website, or via a link form your own website.
To see your client’s results, you and your
trainers will require a Viewer.
